Manage staff processing New Provider Onboarding, Credentialing, Licensing, and Enrollment. Develop and train on policies, procedures, workflows, and training documentation. Manage Delegated Credentialing arrangements and partnerships with health plans. Analyze and prepare reports on status and trends of submitted applications, licenses/enrollments, and expirables. Ensure department milestones, projects, deadlines, SLAs, and objectives are met. Manage Credentialing Committee including maintenance of Credentialing software and Provider Rosters.
