Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in an agency environment with paid media advertising, preferably multi-channel. Extensive experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns. Proven ability in leading cross-channel client engagements with minimal oversight. Experience working closely with client's additional agency partners. Track record of partnering with analytics teams on program tracking and dashboard creation. Experience working on full funnel clients with national to regional/local application. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Effective time management and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Responsibilities:
Develop deep understanding of client businesses, industries, and competition. Spearhead planning and strategy sessions with clients to understand KPIs and goals. Drive cross-channel media strategies across paid search, social, TV, print, radio, and programmatic. Lead collaboration with internal channel teams on strategy execution. Manage paid media budget, allocations, and reallocations. Review in-flight performance and propose strategy pivots. Lead client performance calls with cross-channel insights. Promote campaign progression through ownership of testing frameworks. Lead marketing and business forecasting exercises for clients. Ensure collaboration with creative and analytics teams. Partner with Client Services to develop business review frameworks and present insights. Provide client and industry-specific thought leadership. Drive strategic ideation and innovation. Work across client needs with full-funnel and local-to-national strategies. Assist sales team on pitches for prospective clients.
