Requirements:
Strong understanding of hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and security concepts. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, Entra). Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) to explain technical concepts simply. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing IT environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person for hardware, software, OS, printers, and networks. Guide users on basic cybersecurity best practices. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users and documenting solutions. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals. Use a ticketing system to track and manage support requests. Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and knowledge base articles. Conduct training sessions for end-users on software, IT best practices, and security. Monitor IT systems for performance and security issues, escalating suspicious activity. Collaborate with IT team members on complex issues and projects.
