Senior Release Manager

Background in computer science, engineering, science, or a related field Proven experience in software development Strong understanding of release and delivery management best practices Experience with CI/CD, build and release management Familiarity with tools such as Git/Bitbucket, GitLab CI, Jenkins, TeamCity, Octopus Ability to solve complex problems independently Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly Experience with version control and issue tracking systems (e.g., Git, JIRA) Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills

Coordinate and oversee all efforts related to releases across the LastPass offering Plan and manage production changes, defining what, when, and how releases occur Implement risk management strategies to minimize the impact of individual releases Collaborate with other Release Managers to manage dependencies between product releases Work closely with engineering teams to ensure quality gates and compliance with organizational standards Ensure all release flows meet compliance requirements (e.g., SOC2, IRAP) Monitor and measure release progress, identifying areas for improvement Create, deploy, validate, and administer release packages Continuously improve release processes and user experience through innovation and expertise Maintain internal technical documentation and mentor junior team members
