Manage the portfolio of your team’s work Help your team make design and architectural decisions Anticipate the growth of our service and keep your parts of the service healthy Responsible for support applications in production, including on-call Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers Partner with Product and Design to define a roadmap Guide architectural decisions and contribute to code reviews and technical designs Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, continuous learning, and inclusivity Help your team understand their mission and how they fit in with the overall business goals Advocate for the team’s technical needs and ensure alignment with company-wide goals Stay current with technologies and software development trends, and drive their adoption where appropriate
