- Customer Service Experience
- Previous experience as a medical virtual assistant or similar role
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- Proficient in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and take detailed messages
- Communicate with patients and doctors
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Translate documents and assist with language interpretation
- Assist with medical billing and insurance verification
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide general administrative support to the medical team
