QA Manager

U.S. Citizenship required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably within SaaS. Minimum 5 years leading QA Automation / Engineering teams. Minimum 2 years with direct management responsibilities for teams of 4-6 members. Experience writing automation in modern frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright). Experience with Relational Databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres). Strong understanding of web development frameworks and architectures. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Manage Quality Assurance team operations including standups and retrospectives. Lead hiring, performance evaluations, and coaching for QA team members. Develop and implement QA systems and processes, following architectural guidelines and best practices. Write automation tests across the full stack (front-end, back-end, database). Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide progress updates to senior management. Use AI for effective test coverage.
