QA Manager

Master’s degree in Information Technology Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or closely related. 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Systems Engineer, QA Engineer, or closely related. 2 years experience working with implementing test cases and developing process automation. 2 years experience working with automation tools, such as Selenium, or Python.

Manage a team of QA Engineers. Define and create test cases. Own the planning and execution of QA strategies. Identify areas for test automation and prioritize tests for development. Ensure alignment between development and QA teams. Write and maintain automated integration and UI tests. Oversee and participate in manual testing efforts. Maintain and expand an automated regression test suite. Track, report, and manage bugs. Coordinate system performance and load testing.
