Requirements

  • 5+ years managing large-scale professional communities (healthcare, scientific, or B2B preferred).
  • Up to 2 years experience can include managing significant campus organizations during college.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders or subject-matter experts.
  • Personable, creative, and energetic.
  • High EQ and ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Strong operator skilled in managing logistics and relationships.
  • Low-ego and credible.
  • Exceptional at warm outreach and building rapport.
  • Highly organized with ability to build structure from scratch.
  • Ideally based in or willing to relocate to Miami (strong preference).
  • Enthusiastic about extensive travel (30–50%+).

Responsibilities

  • Amplify scientific expert's expertise and scale her impact across medical professionals.
  • Own 1:1 relationships with clinicians, specialists, and scientific advisors.
  • Coordinate educational programming (continuing education, dinners, Lunch & Learns, conferences, events).
  • Build and maintain structured CRM tracking for engagement tiers.
  • Travel extensively for on-the-ground relationship building.
  • Field feedback and synthesize insights for internal teams.
  • Create programming to foster connection among professionals.
