Requirements
- 5+ years managing large-scale professional communities (healthcare, scientific, or B2B preferred).
- Up to 2 years experience can include managing significant campus organizations during college.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders or subject-matter experts.
- Personable, creative, and energetic.
- High EQ and ability to handle sensitive situations.
- Strong operator skilled in managing logistics and relationships.
- Low-ego and credible.
- Exceptional at warm outreach and building rapport.
- Highly organized with ability to build structure from scratch.
- Ideally based in or willing to relocate to Miami (strong preference).
- Enthusiastic about extensive travel (30–50%+).
Responsibilities
- Amplify scientific expert's expertise and scale her impact across medical professionals.
- Own 1:1 relationships with clinicians, specialists, and scientific advisors.
- Coordinate educational programming (continuing education, dinners, Lunch & Learns, conferences, events).
- Build and maintain structured CRM tracking for engagement tiers.
- Travel extensively for on-the-ground relationship building.
- Field feedback and synthesize insights for internal teams.
- Create programming to foster connection among professionals.
