Requirements:
5+ years managing large-scale professional communities (healthcare, scientific, or B2B preferred). Up to 2 years experience can include managing significant campus organizations during college. Experience partnering with senior leaders or subject-matter experts. Personable, creative, and energetic. High EQ and ability to handle sensitive situations. Strong operator skilled in managing logistics and relationships. Low-ego and credible. Exceptional at warm outreach and building rapport. Highly organized with ability to build structure from scratch. Ideally based in or willing to relocate to Miami (strong preference). Enthusiastic about extensive travel (30–50%+).
Responsibilities:
Amplify scientific expert's expertise and scale her impact across medical professionals. Own 1:1 relationships with clinicians, specialists, and scientific advisors. Coordinate educational programming (continuing education, dinners, Lunch & Learns, conferences, events). Build and maintain structured CRM tracking for engagement tiers. Travel extensively for on-the-ground relationship building. Field feedback and synthesize insights for internal teams. Create programming to foster connection among professionals.
