Requirements:
5+ years managing large-scale professional communities (healthcare, scientific, or B2B preferred). Up to 2 years experience can include managing significant campus organizations during college. Experience partnering with senior leaders or subject-matter experts. Personable, creative, and energetic. High EQ and ability to handle sensitive situations. Responsibilities:
Amplify scientific expert's expertise and scale her impact across medical professionals. Own 1:1 relationships with clinicians, specialists, and scientific advisors. Coordinate educational programming (continuing education, dinners, Lunch & Learns, conferences, events). Build and maintain structured CRM tracking for engagement tiers. Travel extensively for on-the-ground relationship building. Field feedback and synthesize insights for internal teams. Create programming to foster connection among professionals.
