Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in SDET, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role Proven experience managing and developing QA teams Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies (Agile/Scrum desirable) Demonstrated expertise in test automation (Playwright preferred, Cypress, Selenium Webdriver, TestCafe) Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber Proficiency writing code in Python, Golang, JavaScript, or Typescript Experience with CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins) Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and experience testing security-related products is a plus Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience developing internal tools and GenAI coding tools Excellent debugging skills in multi-tier web architecture Comfort with writing and reading code, and basic understanding of data structures Hands-on experience with automation framework design and development from scratch Understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies Understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience analyzing logs using GCP, Splunk, or ELK
