1+ year of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment globally. Experience ideally in digital marketing, tech. Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. Experience with Technical and Non-Technical Roles. Excellent communication and networking skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Upper Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:

Source and engage potential candidates through various platforms. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define sourcing strategies. Conduct market research to identify top talent and new sourcing channels. Reach out to candidates with personalized messages and manage initial communication. Maintain accurate data in the ATS. Support talent mapping initiatives. Represent SBC Performance’s culture and values in all candidate interactions.
