Shape and own the company’s approach to developing future leaders. Develop and drive company-wide talent management practices. Design and guide development experiences for leaders. Create structures to encourage internal career growth. Develop a clear, scalable learning strategy for ICs and People Managers. Design and facilitate Senior Leadership programs. Oversee the creation and rollout of learning experiences. Ensure learning and talent programs reflect principles of equity, inclusion, and belonging. Own programmatic end-to-end execution and success metrics for core talent programs. Serve as the functional owner for L&D and Talent Management input into the Employee Experience infrastructure. Collaborate to ensure a consistent, integrated, and systematic approach to the employee lifecycle.
