Monitor calls, create calls for customers, and escalate tickets. Manage large and complex client accounts, including meetings, escalations, inquiries, and inventory support. Oversee client advocate support and delivery management, including SLA performance and logistics escalations. Handle parts/equipment escalations and sourcing. Manage financial aspects, including forecasting revenue/cost and P&L. Create customer reports on vendor operations and service reviews. Manage vended services accounts, including procurement and invoicing. Interact with sales executives for renewals and new opportunities.
