5-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or gaming industry sales, ideally selling into game studios or publishers. Proven success closing six-figure+ deals and managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales. Established network across European game developers, publishers, and middleware partners. Deep understanding of live service games, player community management, or online safety is a strong plus. Self-starter mentality with ability to operate autonomously across time zones. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus). Willingness to travel across Europe and occasionally to the US.
