Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 8-10 Years of experience in developing and executing strategic partnership agreements with Technology partners Deep knowledge of Confluent (Kafka ecosystem) Hands-on experience driving joint go-to-market initiatives with Data & AI solutions Strong understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and marketplace strategies Project Management experience Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Established relationships with C-suite executives (3+ years of demonstrated engagement) Stellar written and verbal communication skills Sales experience in a software company is preferred
Responsibilities:
Establish overall partnership business plan with joint scorecard metrics Identify and execute new strategic partnership agreements Launch joint technology solutions to drive revenue growth Manage executive engagement and sponsorship Leverage Marketplaces for expanded GTM Manage strategic planning and business reviews with partners Act as an advocate for strategic partnerships between sales teams Identify partnership opportunities in the cloud/analytics marketplace Execute on Partners' programs to obtain partner status and benefits Develop a joint marketing plan with agreed marketing investments
