Conduct effective phone or video consultations with prospective patients/clients. Help prospective patients/clients overcome financial barriers to care. Raise patient awareness of health problems to encourage purchase of healthcare plans. Act as a quality control point for existing patients to ensure satisfaction and success. Consistently follow up with prospective patients/clients who did not initially purchase. Commit to ongoing training to become an expert in the craft. Engage in other sales-oriented activities as they arise.
