Underwrite on- and off-market residential opportunities using internal pricing tools and external data. Review dozens of opportunities weekly and identify which opportunities meet Homebound’s criteria. Lead key diligence items including zoning, utilities, taxes, insurance, easements, and HOA or municipal constraints. Coordinate with Architecture & Design, Procurement, Operations, and Strategy to ensure assumptions align with buildability and margin targets. Prepare deal summaries, sensitivities, and recommendations for leadership. Maintain comps libraries, market dashboards, and acquisition KPIs. Assist with investment materials for external capital partners and internal stakeholders. Assist with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
