5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or regulated consumer products. Direct experience owning KYC, onboarding, or compliance-heavy product flows. Strong ability to translate regulation into product requirements. Experience working cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Engineering. Data-driven mindset, comfortable using funnels, cohorts, and experiments. Clear communicator who can align stakeholders with very different incentives. Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-stakes environments. Experience with crypto, wallets, or on/off-ramp products (Nice-to-Have). Familiarity with MiCA / CASP, FCA, or US MSB frameworks (Nice-to-Have). Experience managing third-party KYC / fraud vendors (Nice-to-Have). Background in consumer UX for complex or sensitive flows (Nice-to-Have). Experience in fast-moving fintech environments (Nice-to-Have).
