Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a KYC professional or paralegal. Prior KYC experience at a bank or a private equity fund. Ability to interface directly with customers and counterparties. Skill in accurately completing a high volume of KYC requests. Maintains a high level of polish and responsiveness in external communications. Relevant KYC or legal support experience with potential to grow into more strategic responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Complete KYC requests by answering questionnaires and providing supporting documents. Facilitate customer onboarding by gathering and organizing required files. Play a key role in establishing and growing Ontra's new KYC services business in EMEA. Engage in clear, efficient, and positive customer communication.
