Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline Accounting or tax qualification required 3+ years of directly related experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent tax research and tax technical writing skills Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork and corporate culture Strong communication, project management, and organization skills Excellent use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools

Assist with international tax compliance for LATAM entities Assist with calculation of tax provision for LATAM entities Prepare US GAAP to Local GAAP differences for tax provisioning Calculate and analyze current and deferred tax, prepare post-tax journals Prepare financial forecasts and analyze financial reports Support global transfer pricing initiative (master file, local files, CBCR) Work with external service providers and internal teams on tax issues Assist Senior Tax Manager with queries and projects in LATAM Review profit sharing for some countries Develop international tax expertise and knowledge of LATAM tax laws Assist Senior Tax Manager with local tax audits Respond to inquiries from business units and foreign entities Implement tax projects and planning initiatives Stay updated on LATAM tax law changes and assess impact Work with external advisors for VAT balance recovery in Mexico Manage notifications from tax authority in Mexico Assist with face-to-face reviews with tax authorities in Mexico Assist with tax address verifications in Mexico offices
