Business or Accounting degree; CPA preferred. Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a tax-related function (BIG 4 or in-house). Experience with multiple tax types including corporate tax, partnership tax, state and local tax, sales & use tax highly desirable. Experience with SharePoint, PowerBi, and other analytical tools preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations. Experience with M&A tax preferred. Experience with tax provision process and tax accounting preferred.
