Quarterly preparation of the income tax provision under ASC 740 Gathering inputs from accounting and finance stakeholders Assisting with questions from external auditors Preparation of management reporting summaries Preparation of SEC disclosures Working with third-party service providers to facilitate US income tax returns Gathering PBC requests for third-party preparers Reviewing tax returns prepared by third-party Reviewing and managing quarterly estimated tax payments Cash tax forecasting Research new income tax laws applicable to Angi Review foreign income tax returns for return to provision adjustments Ad hoc income tax related projects
