Data Analyst (Remote)

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or similar role. Proven experience in enterprise reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis. Excellent analytical and technical skills. Problem-solving abilities. Communication, Organizational, and Administrative Skills. Customer Service Obsession. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data clearly. Strong judgment in handling business-critical information. Hands-on experience with dashboards and BI tools. Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills. Comfortable working with software systems and data integrations. Exposure to AI-enabled reporting or automation is a strong advantage.

Design, build, and maintain MIS and departmental dashboards. Analyze large datasets from multiple systems and perform data reconciliation. Maintain and work with a wide range of data-related business processes and systems. Manage enterprise-wide reporting processes and prepare business reports. Review reports and dashboards to identify and resolve data issues. Gather reporting requirements and identify opportunities to streamline processes.
