5+ years of experience in a quantitative role applying analytics, experimentation, and modeling in a product-focused environment Fluent in SQL and Python Experience designing A/B tests, building models, and translating complex data into clear recommendations Experience driving product or growth decisions through deep user understanding, funnel analytics, or marketplace dynamics Comfort navigating ambiguity and working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
