Senior Data Scientist - Growth / Care

5+ years of experience in a quantitative role applying analytics, experimentation, and modeling in a product-focused environment. Fluent in SQL and Python. Experience designing A/B tests, building models, and translating complex data into clear recommendations. Experience driving product or growth decisions through deep user understanding, funnel analytics, or marketplace dynamics. Comfort navigating ambiguity and working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.

Lead experimentation and metric development to understand user behavior, optimize onboarding and retention, and guide product direction. Build predictive, attribution, and behavioral models. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations. Develop dashboards, analytical frameworks, and self-serve tools. Shape Grow Therapy’s AI strategy by designing evaluation frameworks and running model-level experiments.
