RPA Developer / Support (UiPath)

3 or more years of experience in automation development, RPA engineering, or similar roles Strong proficiency in UiPath, including workflow development, Orchestrator, selectors, and debugging Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and external platforms Strong understanding of process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design Ability to manage multiple automation projects with clear communication and ownership Comfortable working independently and solving ambiguous technical problems

Build, test, and deploy UiPath workflows Translate process maps and requirements into automation logic Optimize existing automations Develop reusable components and frameworks Integrate UiPath automations with APIs, databases, and platforms Conduct end-to-end testing and validation Troubleshoot issues and maintain monitoring systems Maintain documentation for workflows and logic Establish and enforce best practices for automation development
