RPA Developer / Support (UiPath)

3 or more years of experience in automation development, RPA engineering, or similar roles Strong proficiency in UI Path, including workflow development, Orchestrator, selectors, and debugging Experience integrating with APIs, databases, and external platforms Strong understanding of process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design Ability to manage multiple automation projects with clear communication and ownership Comfortable working independently and solving ambiguous technical problems

Build, test, and deploy UI Path workflows Translate process maps and requirements into automation logic Optimize existing automations for speed and stability Develop reusable automation components Gather requirements and understand workflows from stakeholders Document current-state processes and identify automation opportunities Recommend operational improvements Integrate UI Path automations with APIs, CRMs, databases, and internal/third-party platforms Conduct end-to-end testing and validation Troubleshoot issues and maintain monitoring systems Maintain documentation for workflows and logic Establish and enforce best practices for automation development Track updates, versioning, and compliance requirements
