Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a NOC or similar network support role Strong understanding of network protocols, routing, and switching Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Auvik) Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues and root cause analysis Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent certifications are a plus Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies (preferred) Knowledge of network security best practices and tools (preferred) Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell (preferred)
