4-7 years of HR experience Preference for candidates who have supported remote or international teams. Skilled at interpreting HR policies and procedures and helping employees navigate them effectively. Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee support). Comfortable working independently in a remote setup and collaborating across time zones. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and sound judgment when handling employee matters. Exposure to US HR policies or experience supporting US-based employees (nice-to-have). Experience working in global, remote, or distributed teams (nice-to-have). Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or payroll systems (nice-to-have). Experience supporting employee engagement programs (nice-to-have). Analytical, reporting, project management, or consulting experience (nice-to-have).
