Assist with HR process documentation (staff handbooks, codes of conduct). Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding. Conduct staff check-ins and performance reviews. Administer employee benefits, rate reviews, bonuses, and contract changes. Manage timekeeping, attendance, payroll administration, and leave records. Maintain accurate HR records and compliance documentation. Support implementation and training on HRIS systems. Address staff and client concerns, including conflict resolution. Drive staff wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities. Prepare reports, operational insights, and HR analytics. Ensure HR practices comply with EOR, PH labour laws, and VS365 policies. Support dispute resolution, grievance handling, and statutory compliance.
