Sales Enablement and Training Manager

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience 4-6 years of experience in Enablement Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Experience with AI tools for role plays and course building Experience managing projects with multiple tasks from start to finish Ease with working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and attentive to detail

Build and roll out new learning courses and paths by persona Build AI role plays for different personas (e.g., Discovery Calls, Demo Calls) Conduct 1:1s with personas to ensure they are on track Take corrective action and personalize training if individuals are not on track Alert team leads if individuals are not on track Provide team administrative support, including entering new hires into the LMS Record training attendance Track all enablement activities and scores of employee training Coordinate training events and cross-team initiatives Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance employee training experience Gather data/feedback on program engagement and efficacy Create reports for leadership Evaluate new tools to ensure Socure Enablement is industry leading
