Serve as the strategic owner of Omni’s Professional Services curriculum and Partner Certification program. Maintain Omni’s library of scaled, recorded trainings. Own the requirements, process, and review of submissions for the Omni Partner Certification program. Ensure customer-facing training materials align with product releases. Own curriculum content from strategy to tactical execution. Build a library of technical implementation examples. Lead customer-facing monthly webinars. Partner with the docs team on documenting net-new features. Partner with Product and Marketing on consistent enablement for new features. Proactively identify opportunities for scaling, operationalization, and automation.
