Confirm that all required fields, terms, and supporting information are present and correctly formatted. Check for consistency across contract versions, templates, and associated account records. Flag discrepancies, missing information, or legal/compliance issues before contracts move to billing. Communicate directly with Sales, Sales Ops, and Billing to resolve issues quickly. Maintain a high-volume review queue while meeting strict turnaround times. Track error patterns and partner with Sales Ops to improve templates, processes, and workflows. Maintain accurate logs and audit trails for internal reporting. Take full ownership of the quality of every contract that passes through your hands. Complete outbound and follow-up outreach to customers to collect missing information, clarify contract details, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update internal trackers and audit logs to monitor contract status, customer outreach progress, error trends, and resolution timelines, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
