Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field 2+ years of experience in a prior SDR role calling on Life Sciences or Health System accounts Proven track record of exceeding performance metrics (meetings booked, pipeline generated) Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional persistence when daily prospecting Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and using LinkedIn for prospecting Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot) Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Passionate about healthcare and technology Ability to work in a virtual environment Ability to work collaboratively across teams and take constructive feedback Professional demeanor and a growth-oriented mindset
