- Create study recruitment graphics, awareness campaigns, and other patient-facing materials using Canva or similar tools.
- Support patient and caregiver recruitment efforts across a variety of healthcare research studies while engaging directly with participants.
- Build and maintain relationships with patient advocacy organizations and community partners.
- Draft clear, engaging communications for patients, caregivers, advocacy organizations, and internal stakeholders.
- Represent Rare Patient Voice at patient advocacy conferences, community events, and industry meetings throughout the United States.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate outreach campaigns, track project activities, maintain documentation, and ensure studies are executed on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes, outreach strategies, and operational efficiency through technology and automation.
