Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience delivering primary market research within an agency environment
- Strong ownership across the quantitative research lifecycle including questionnaire design, tab specs, data analysis, and report development
- Exposure writing detailed programming notes and managing survey QA and Data QA
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical markets, across therapy areas and audience types (including HCPs, patients, and payers)
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Professional oral and written communication skills in English
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of delivering pharmaceutical PMR is desirable
- Experience across the qualitative research lifecycle is desirable; including screener development, discussion guide design, analysis and report development
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects across the full lifecycle of healthcare market research
- Design and program surveys using Konovo’s intelligent platform to reach targeted healthcare audiences
- Partner with sample and fieldwork teams to deliver high-quality, on time global fieldwork
- Ensure data accuracy through rigorous validation, cleaning, and quality control practices
- Translate research objectives into clear questionnaires, tab specs, and structured outputs
- Contribute to client deliverables, ensuring outputs align to business questions and research goals
- Support client interactions with clear, thoughtful operational input and increasing ownership over time
- Support and mentor junior team members to raise the bar on execution quality across the team
