Interest and intellectual curiosity around AdTech, media, analytics, measurement, experimentation, marketing, and science. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of ownership. Resilient, motivated, and energized by ambitious goals and fast feedback loops. Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.). Comfortable balancing scrappy experimentation with data-driven decision making.
