Senior Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist, Enterprise Accounts

Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting At least 2 years in a dedicated Order to Cash (OTC) accounts receivable, or accounts management role Proven ability to manage complex, manual financial processes Experience with supporting Enterprise Customers and providing a white glove service Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving Exceptional analytical skills Executive presence and polished communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

Serve as a dedicated partner for top enterprise customers Manage a manual and complex invoicing process Embody the role of a collections analyst Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, legal, and other teams Develop a deep understanding of customer needs Interact directly with senior-level executives Champion process optimization Utilize expertise in the full Order to Cash (OTC) cycle Analyze and prepare accounts receivable reports Uphold Samsara’s cultural principles
