Bachelor’s degree preferred 10+ years marketing experience preferably in B2B technology or SaaS 5+ years’ in revenue marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles Knowledge of and experience in benefits and health technology industry preferred Demonstrated ability to develop and execute revenue marketing plans Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to make decisions, forecast performance, and guide investment, inclusive of budget management Exceptional communication skills Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools Strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Collaborative, positive, and proactive attitude
