Proven experience leading operational turnarounds or scaling early-stage organizations. Strong understanding of cross-border payments, compliance, or regulated environments. Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI-driven or automated workflows. Advanced proficiency with CRM systems (Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot). Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and modern LLM ecosystems. Experience building OKR systems, dashboards, and performance management frameworks.
