Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience in software/technology; healthcare or regulated industry experience a plus. Skilled in consultative, solution-based selling with a track record of closing multi-contact opportunities. Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through self-prospecting. Comfortable engaging with multiple decision-makers (clinical, operational, executive) within an account. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a remote sales environment. BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant sales experience
Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle with outpatient healthcare facilities: from prospecting and discovery through tailored solution demos and closing. Combine strategic territory planning with high-quality, consistent activity to drive adoption of Medely’s healthcare staffing platform. Understand each facility’s operational and staffing challenges and positioning Medely as a long-term, value-driven partner. Generate pipeline primarily through self-prospecting. Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging both clinical and administrative decision-makers. Build a steady stream of net new opportunities while also expanding relationships with existing customers. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and high adoption. Share market insights with leadership to refine our go-to-market approach. Mentor newer AEs as they ramp.
