Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing’s Communication, Content & Community leads to plan and orchestrate Figma’s biggest launches Build and evolve a repeatable launch framework that unites brand, comms, and social Drive consistency and clarity in storytelling across all channels Identify and fill gaps in launch readiness, resourcing, or narrative alignment Serve as the strategy connective tissue of the brand and awareness work we do for our launches Track and synthesize learnings from major launches to improve speed, impact, and collaboration
