2-5+ years of experience in consulting / operations / investment banking or related experience Operations experience at a high-growth startup is a plus Self-starter, master disambiguator/simplifier Highly data-driven with ability to drive complex analyses and translate into actionable insights Collaborative, partners across teams and holds teams accountable Systems thinker, inclined to solve problems with product and automation

Design and build foundations for 0-1 initiatives within the Operations function Drive the build, execution, monitoring & ongoing implementation of scalable products and processes Lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders
