Expertise in Salesforce, including report creation, dashboard development, and platform customization. Proven track record of contributing to and working on impactful AI/ML projects, specifically with Generative AI and LLMs. Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning.

Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align business needs with GTM system solutions. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles for AI Initiatives. Contribute to the identification, strategic planning, and application of Generative AI and LLMs to optimize GTM processes. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities across GTM systems. Craft sophisticated go-to-market strategies, resource plans, and execution frameworks.
