Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in administration, preferably within an HR-related environment Experience with team leadership, training and task assignments Ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential information Solid data entry experience with a minimum of 50wpm typing PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications Must be very detail-oriented, creative, and have a passion for helping others achieve their goals Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment Must be technical and analytical, and have the ability to manage complex projects seamlessly Organized, administratively strong, great time management, and have solid writing, phone, and general communication skills Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
Assist with and oversee the daily administration of the department Oversee, mentor, and coach HR Assistants Create policies, procedures and processes Oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding programs and processes Process Team Member’s requests and provide relevant information on the resolution of concerns Prepare reports and documentation for internal communications within the HR department Verify employment background checks by contacting references General administration, including file maintenance, data entry, control and verification, and preparation and distribution of reports Perform other leadership duties as required to support departmental efficiency, employee development, and organizational success.
