Supports and represents Key Account Managers Coordinates key business strategies for Manufacturers Provides excellent customer service and promptly returns emails Escalates issues immediately to the correct person Communicates with Key Account Manager on Manufacturer needs Takes initiative to achieve results Corresponds in a positive and professional manner Demonstrates good problem-solving ability and initiative Identifies when issues need to be escalated to the Key Account Manager Assists Key Account Managers with manufacturer proprietary sales planners and tracking systems Assists Key Account Manager in preparing for sales meetings and appointments Accurately administers Promotional Planning Verifies correct cost with manufacturer and submits price change forms Submits EDI price changes when needed Communicates order changes between manufacturer and Kroger
