Install, configure, and maintain integrations between customer telephony/audio, CAD systems and GovWorx applications. Work directly with PSAP/ECC technical staff, vendors, and system administrators to ensure installations, proper connectivity and data flow. Troubleshoot audio connections and network issues, including SIP and other streaming protocols. Assist with setup and configuration of hardware devices used for audio or data ingestion. Collaborate closely with the GovWorx implementation and support teams. Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours, weekend, and holiday support. Travel to customer sites (up to 50%) for system installations, testing, and troubleshooting.
