Field Services Engineer I

3+ years of DMS technology experience or field systems experience in the technology industry Strong customer interfacing skills Strong understanding of hybrid - cloud technologies and architecture Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki and other cloud - managed network architectures Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and/or other server architectures Experience with IoT devices, digital display technologies, network infrastructure, print and scan management technologies and solutions, and mobile device management Proven experience implementing technology in distributed, remote locations Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders Established ability to articulate technical jargon into consumable levels of understanding for adult learners Proven ability to take customer suggestions or insights and translate them into technical deliverables

Design and deploy on-premise and cloud infrastructure for dealer partner technology implementations Scope, procure, and facilitate installation of devices physically in each dealership Test and validate installations for proper functionality prior to training and go-live Work cross-functionally internally and externally to drive initiatives to completion Manage multiple external vendors and stakeholders to complete each implementation’s requirements within required timelines Simultaneously manage 10+ projects per month Facilitate key stakeholders during the implementation life cycle to successfully deploy our DMS Proactively identify implementation risks and mitigate them effectively and efficiently
