Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in technical support engineering, site reliability, or DevOps roles within blockchain, distributed systems, or high-performance networking environments Deep understanding of Ethereum staking, consensus mechanisms, and validator infrastructure Strong proficiency in Linux system administration, shell scripting, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, peer-to-peer protocols) Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack) Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP) Ability to debug and analyze performance bottlenecks at network, protocol, and application levels Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues Provide hands-on debugging and log analysis Collaborate with engineering for resolutions and hotfixes Guide partners through setup, integration, and configuration Develop and maintain deployment scripts, monitoring dashboards, and internal tools Maintain real-time monitoring systems for uptime and performance Proactively detect network anomalies and performance degradations Contribute to internal and external documentation Automate and standardize support workflows Provide feedback to influence roadmap priorities and product improvements
