Senior QA Engineer

5+ years of QA experience Understanding of QA processes (test plan creation, test suite development/execution, defect debugging/tracking/management) Ability to create concisely written test suites Strong manual testing skills at different layers of the application (web, mobile, API) Experience developing automated tests using UI and/or API based test frameworks Understanding of testing methodologies (functional, integration, system, usability) Performance/Load testing experience with tools like JMeter or k6 is a plus Fluent written and verbal English Experience with a fast-paced startup Remote work experience with a global team Experience with Jira and Qase for test/defect management Experience with Playwright and TestProject for UI test automation Familiarity with Github Actions, BitRise, AWS, and Heroku for infrastructure and CI/CD integration Experience with Postman, Gherkin for API-based testing Experience with Android Studio, XCode, iOS/Android simulator/emulator for native testing and debugging

Own the quality of features and lead test efforts for content, mobile, and internal products. Develop test cases for new and existing features. Perform manual tests for new features on mobile and browser. Certify releases and investigate issues from tests. Advocate for high quality on behalf of customers.
