Requirements:
At least 85% English level (B2, C1, C2). High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems. Windows computer with specific CPU, RAM, OS, and storage requirements. Stable internet connection (at least 50Mbps speed) and ethernet capability. Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule with reliability. Police record. A copy of the ID.
Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of inbound calls professionally and friendly. Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information or solutions. Follow call scripts and company guidelines. Escalate complex technical issues when necessary. Maintain accurate and organized call logs. Multitask efficiently while navigating multiple systems.
