Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication - At least 85% English level is required (B2, C1, C2) High school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy and experience with CRM systems. Windows computer and headset required (CPU: Intel Core i3/i5 or equivalent to AMD Ryzen 3 or 5, RAM: 8GB expandible up to 16GB, OS: Windows 10 - 11, Storage: 250/500GB SSD preferred). Able to connect to ethernet. Energy and Internet stability (At least 50Mbps internet speed) Ability to work a fixed full-time schedule with reliability. Police record A copy of the ID
Responsibilities:
Answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner. Listen actively, identify customer needs, and provide accurate information or solutions. Follow call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary. Maintain accurate and organized call logs in our system. Multitask efficiently while navigating multiple systems and tools.
