Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants. Collaborate with departmental managers to understand required skills for openings. Gather academic transcripts and CVs to determine qualifications and eligibility. Assist in creating and editing job descriptions. Assist in issuing anniversary badges and gifts. Assist in the implementation of new hire onboarding and employee recognition programs. Support new hires during onboarding by monitoring their progress and helping as needed. Create ACE ID badges for new hires. Assist in faculty qualification audits. Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources and talent management. Work collaboratively with all levels of leadership to provide professional development. Model ethical standards as an aspect of the college culture.
